I provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and peaceful atmosphere to accompany you on your journey of exploration.


I work with many diverse clients with cross-cultural values and religious beliefs. I have lived on the westside for twenty years. I bring my training in cross-cultural relationship counseling to our sessions.

Type of Symptoms Treated

I work with individuals, couples, and groups.

For individuals, I am trained in a variety of symptoms including anxiety, stress, transitions, trauma, grief, depression, career challenges, fertility challenges, aging, support of family caring for an ill member, and cross-cultural issues.

For couples, I am a certified “Prepare & Enrich” counselor, and have been trained in “Emotionally Focused Therapy,” as well as “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.”

I lead groups that range from career transitions to stress relief. The journey within a small community of fellow sojourners can be a refreshing way to experience healing or obtain a new perspective.

Time Frame

Each session is fifty minutes.  Each double session is an hour and fifteen minutes.
